BEIJING, CHINA – September 13, 2010 – ChinaEdu Corporation (NASDAQ: CEDU) ("ChinaEdu" or "the Company"), a leading educational services provider in China, announced that it is scheduled to attend the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference on September 14th, 2010, Deutsche Bank 9th Annual Global Emerging Markets One-on-One Conference on September 15th and 17th, 2010 and BMO Capital Markets 10th Annual Back to School Education Conference on September 16th, 2010 in New York City.

Ms. Lily Liu, CFO, is scheduled to present at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference on September 14th, 2010 at New York Palace Hotel, and BMO Capital Markets 10th Annual Back to School Education Conference at Grand Hyatt Hotel on September 16th, 2010.  Lily Liu will also participate in the Deutsche Bank 9th Annual Global Emerging Markets One-on-One Conference on September 15th and September 17th, 2010 at Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
