ChinaEdu Schedules Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for September 1, 2010
BEIJING – AUGUST 17, 2010 – ChinaEdu Corporation (NASDAQ: CEDU) ("ChinaEdu" or the “Company"), a leading educational services provider in China, today announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. local time in its Beijing headquarters, located at: 4th Floor-A, GeHua Building, Qinglong Hutong No.1, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China 100007. Stockholders of record at the close of business on July 23, 2010 will be entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the meeting or by proxy.
The Company's 2009 Annual Report on form 20-F can be downloaded from the Company’s investor relations website at http://ir.chinaedu.net/. Upon request, the Company will provide hard copies of these documents free of charge.
